Our client, a leading brand boasting a diverse portfolio of products, was battling a fragmented digital presence across various markets. Multiple themes were deployed across their digital platforms, causing inconsistency and spawning various bugs that negatively impacted the user experience. This was taking a hefty toll on customer satisfaction and retention. Moreover, the absence of clear direction and vision was compounding the issue, leading to a decision to part ways with their existing agency.
