The initial challenge we faced with The Collagen Co was a critical dissonance between their online presence and their brand identity. Having been in partnership for over two years as their support agency, we recognised that the existing website was no longer reflective of the vibrant, evolving brand that The Collagen Co had become. Their online platform was in desperate need of a refresh to align with their identity and to optimally showcase their premium range of products.
Our primary objective was to bring The Collagen Co up to speed with the latest eCommerce trends by transitioning them onto the innovative Shopify Plus platform, and updating them to the latest Shopify 2.0. This transition was proposed to capitalise on the additional flexibility that comes with Shopify Plus, including more control over their store and increased scalability. Our vision was to provide a complete redesign and rebuild, tailor-made specifically to resonate with their brand, from the ground up.
We are proud to report that within just two days of the newly launched theme being live, we saw phenomenal results. Total sales saw an uptick of 64%, conversion rates soared by 52%, and the Average Order Value (AOV) climbed by 14%. Importantly, these remarkable results were achieved with no changes to existing offers, and with comparable session numbers versus the same day on the previous week.
Furthermore, the enhanced conversion rate provided The Collagen Co with the confidence to increase their advertising budget. With the shift to Shopify Plus and the 2.0 upgrade, they now have more control than ever over their store. This boost in their eCommerce platform has led to them breaking their highest sales records three months consecutively after the website relaunch.
