Kurtis Tozer.
Kurt leads enterprise Shopify builds where scale, integrations, and performance are non-negotiable. He has 6 years dedicated to Shopify, delivered for 100+ merchants, won the Shopify Dev Conference Toronto 2025 Liquid Hackathon, led Koala’s 90-day migration from commercetools, architected Inke’s 30M-variant solution, and consulted directly with Shopify on platform capability. Expect rigorous engineering, clean delivery, and systems designed to hold up under growth.
Kynon Hickman.
Kynon leads discovery, UX strategy, and design direction for high-stakes commerce. With a Psychology degree, he applies behavioural insight to reduce friction and lift conversion, translating business goals into clear journeys and scalable design systems. As Head of Strategy & Design at 10SQ and a speaker across eTail, eTail Connect, World First, and NORA, he aligns stakeholders, sharpens positioning, and ensures every design decision is commercially justified.
