10SQ partnered with Taylors Wines to strengthen their Shopify experience, focusing on a smoother customer journey and a more scalable platform foundation for ongoing growth. Working closely with their team, we delivered practical improvements across site UX and performance, ensuring the storefront better supported both brand storytelling and conversion, while keeping the build flexible for future campaigns, product launches, and evolving customer needs.
We use a simple Klaviyo form to instantly unlock members pricing, so customers can access the member experience right away, no account creation, no sign-in, no extra steps. It removes all friction from becoming a member, while still capturing the correct customer details (like email and preferences) so Taylors can recognise them in future and continue delivering member-only value through EDMs and personalised communications.
When a customer clicks through from one of Taylors’ EDMs, we recognise the link they arrive on and use that to confirm they’ve already passed age verification. At the same time, we automatically apply member pricing for that visit, so customers see the right prices straight away without needing to sign in first, making the experience faster and more seamless.
With the site design, we set out to bring as much of Taylors’ physical cellar-door experience into the online store as possible, making it feel like customers were picking up bottles, exploring labels, and discovering wines with confidence. We clarified awards and accolades in a clean, scalable way that enhances trust without clutter, and made browsing effortless so customers can quickly find the right wine, whether they’re exploring casually or shopping with a purpose.
