The Collagen Co came to 10SQ with a Shopify store that was performing well, but starting to feel constrained as the brand scaled. They needed a sharper customer journey, stronger merchandising control, and a site experience that matched the premium quality of the product, without adding complexity behind the scenes.
We focused first on improving conversion flow and clarity across key shopping moments. That meant refining hierarchy and content structure across high-traffic pages so customers could understand the value faster, find the right products with less effort, and move through the site with fewer points of friction; taking out the guess work.
Next, we strengthened the product page experience as the core conversion engine. We optimised layouts above the fold, improved add-to-cart behaviour, and repositioned trust-building elements like reviews, FAQs, guarantees and key proof points so customers felt confident faster and had fewer reasons to hesitate.
To support campaigns and ongoing growth, we built more flexible merchandising and section systems that empowered the team to move quickly. This included modular content components and improved collection layouts that made it easier to update messaging, launch promotions, and keep everything consistent, without needing developer input for every change.
The outcome was a faster, more scalable Shopify foundation that supports iteration, reduced the risk of regressions, and gave The Collagen Co a storefront that feels premium, performs strongly, and is built to keep pace with the next stage of growth.
