TBN Brands brings together three beauty labels focused on making affordable, more sustainable cosmetics accessible, and we partnered with them to scale and streamline their digital operations for faster growth and smoother day-to-day delivery.

Brand Sync: Inika

We built a unified deployment pipeline for TBN that lifted development efficiency by more than 3×, letting us build a feature once and roll it out across all nine stores with ease. By keeping every codebase in sync, it reduced the risk of issues going live, cut QA time for the team, and laid the foundation that positioned TBN’s brands to scale confidently online.

Implementing Brand Sync significantly increased the speed at which we could move, creating a consistent theme foundation across every store. It meant our digital producers could jump between brands and understand the build instantly, reducing ramp-up time and massively improving operational efficiency across day-to-day delivery.

We continue to work with the TBN team to optimise their digital storefronts. Closely integrating learnings from one brand to the other.
